The new HHV DUO machine is equipped with two spindles for the growing need for higher throughput, 1.5 to 1.7 times faster than with a single machine. The HHV DUO is a 2 x 4-axis horizontal machining center with two or three rotary tables with options for larger rotary tables for larger and heavier extrusions. With a spindle speed of 30,000 rpm on each spindle and feed rates of 2,400"/min (60 m/min) in X/Y/Z/U, the HHV DUO provides excellent production rate capabilities and complete parts in a single setup.
