Jingdiao 3-axis Machining Center has a high capacity to achieve stable, high-quality machining for hard metals (HRC>50), stainless steel and difficult-to-machine materials. It achieves precision rates for molds from 5 to 20 ?m. It is equipped with a standard configuration JD150S-20-HA50/C high-speed precision spindle (with through-spindle coolant option) of 20,000 rpm (HSK-A50). Jingdiao's Machining Centers are ultra-precision, high-speed equipment with micrometer dimensional accuracy, ideal for mirror-like finishes with surface nano-roughness on metal parts or for complex, hard and brittle materials such as graphite.
